Low-Fat, Dairy-Free, Natural Source of Omega 3’s

This delicious Walnut Butter, is a great source of Omega 3’s, and healthy fats. It goes great raw dates, Banana nice cream, Raw Cereal and much more! It lasts for months in the fridge and is a great go-to butter for lots of sweet recipe’s.

For this recipe you’re going to need a food processor

 

First, add your walnuts and sea salt into the food processor

Second, blend/process the walnuts, until you realize it needs to be stirred

Then,  stop and stir as many times as needed until you get a creamy butter consistency

Finally, add some Coconut Nectar  for sweetness
