Second,
For the cinnamon paste you’ll need:
- 1 Cup of Dates
- 1/2 Cup of Coconut Water
- 2–3 tsp of Ground Cinnamon
- 1 tsp of Vanilla Powder
Lastly,
For the icing you’ll need:
- 1 Cup of Cashew
- 1 1/2 Cups of Coconut Water
- 1 TBS of Maple Syrup
Instructions
To make this delicious desert you’re going to need a Dehydrator to make the cinnamon rolls and a Vitamix Blender to make your cinnamon paste, and icing.
- Slice all of your bananas in half and place each slice on your dehydrator sheets.
2. Allow your sliced bananas to dehydrate for 8 for. This will help them become flexible enough for rolling without breaking.
3. Time to make the sauce!
To your blender add your 1 cup of dates, coconut water, cinnamon, and vanilla. Blend until you get a smooth paste
4. Add your cinnamon paste onto each slice and roll 3 slices together for each cinnamon roll. I like to start with the smallest slice then add the biggest slice last as the outer layer. The more slices you roll together the bigger your cinnamon roll will be.
4. Allow them to dehydrator for 3 hours to firm/seal the roll.
5. Add more cinnamon paste on top of each roll
6. Add as much icing as you like and Enjoy your delicious cinnamon rolls!
Notes
When you add extra cinnamon paste on top, with extra cashew icing, and place them back into the dehydrator for another day, they turn out like traditional cinnamon rolls. So Delicious, sweet, and textured perfectly!
