This Delicious Raw Vegan Banana Bread Ice Cream is made in the form of a loaf of bread, it’s creamy, naturally sweetened with dates, dairy-free, and filled with nutrients. It’s a nourishing guilt free desert that’s going to become your favorite go-to raw vegan recipe.

Ingredients

Scale

3 Frozen Bananas 

2 Cups of Pecans

10 Dates

1tsp of Sea Salt

1 Cup of Coconut Water

Instructions

For this recipe you’ll need a Vitamix Blender , and a bread pan lined with parchment paper

First, blend your pecans and coconut water together

Then, add in your frozen bananas, and blend together 

Finally, add in your 1tsp of sea salt, and dates last and blend lightly so the dates can be chunky throughout the mixture. 

Add mix into your bread pan and place into the freezer until frozen 

Finally, slice your ice cream loaf into bread size slices and serve!

Notes

This recipe goes great with Walnut butter, and fruit.
